    What’s your MOQ?

    Our regular MOQ is 100 pieces (adjustable for specific products). For small trial orders, please send us an inquiry. We can negotiate flexibly to support your market development.

    What’s the delivery time?

    Delivery time for regular orders is 7–15 working days. For OEM/ODM customized orders, it’s 15–30 working days. Exact lead time depends on customization, quantity and production schedule.

    Can you provide samples? What about sample cost and lead time?

    Free samples are available for standard items, but freight is on your side. Custom samples require a small mold fee, which is refundable against bulk orders. Sample lead time is 3–7 working days, with customizable logo and specifications.

    Do you support OEM/ODM? What can be customized?

    Full OEM & ODM services are supported. Customizable items include size, material, color, logo, packaging, function parameters, etc. Just send your design, sample or detailed request, and our team will provide solutions and quotation.

    Do your products have certificates? Can you provide documents?

    Our products have relevant certifications including CE, FDA, RoHS, ISO, etc. We provide free copies or digital certification files after order to support export and sales.

    What are your payment terms? Do you accept installment?

    Payments include T/T, L/C and PayPal. For large orders, we accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Ratio can be negotiated for mutual benefits.

    How do you control quality? How to handle quality issues?

    Professional QC inspects the whole production process and pre-shipment samples. If quality problems (non-human damage) are found, contact us within 7 working days for replacement, return or compensation.

    Can you offer detailed specifications and quotation?

    Detailed specifications are listed on product page. For precise parameters or custom quotes, send your inquiry with quantity and requirements. We will reply within 24 hours.

    Do you support export? Can you provide export documents?

    All products are exportable. We provide full export documents including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, customs declaration, etc. We also support sea and air freight solutions.

    How to place an order? What’s the cooperation process?

    Inquiry → Quotation & details confirmation → Sign contract → Pay deposit → Production → QC & shipment → Pay balance → After-sales service. A dedicated sales manager follows the whole process.
